Can I move my tasks from Todoist, Trello or Notion?

Yes. Moving in brings your tasks over from:

  • ClickUp, Todoist, Trello, Google Tasks, TickTick and Notion (from their export files);
  • any CSV or Excel file, with a mapper that matches your columns to Thendoo’s fields;
  • iCalendar files for events.

How it works:

  1. Export from your old app (Thendoo shows where that button is).
  2. Upload the file. Thendoo shows a preview: how many tasks, lists and statuses, and what each will become.
  3. Adjust the mapping if you want, then import. Big files run in the background.

Two things make it safe to try. You can run the same import again without creating duplicates, and you can undo the whole import for 30 days. Your own tasks are never touched by an undo.

There’s also an importer for Obsidian vaults (into Docs) and for browser bookmarks (into Links).
