Is my data private?
Yes. Privacy is one of the rules Thendoo is built on, not an add-on.
- Encryption. Connection secrets (such as your Google and ClickUp access) and your files and recordings are encrypted with keys kept apart from the data.
- Narrow permissions. Thendoo asks other services for the least access it needs, and asks for more only when you first use a feature that needs it.
- No content in statistics. Usage statistics count which features are used, never what you wrote. You can see exactly what’s counted, and switch it off, in Settings → Privacy. Do Not Track is respected.
- Never sold. Your data isn’t sold or used for advertising.
- Logs stay clean. Tokens, email bodies, bank data and personal content are kept out of the server’s logs.
You can also turn on two-step sign-in, export everything, or delete your account at any time. More detail: How your data is protected.
