Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your Thendoo data. You get 30 days to change your mind before anything is erased.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Export your data. Once the 30 days are up there’s no way to get it back.
- Disconnect services if you like. Your Google Calendar and ClickUp accounts aren’t changed either way, because Thendoo never deletes anything there.
- Not sure? You can switch modules off or simply stop using Thendoo instead. Nothing is lost by waiting.
Delete it
Section titled “Delete it”-
Go to Settings → Your data.
-
Confirm it’s you:
- with your password, or
- with your email address if you only sign in with Google,
- plus a two-step code if two-step sign-in is on.
-
Confirm the deletion.
The 30-day window
Section titled “The 30-day window”During those 30 days your data is kept, untouched. Signing in brings the account back as it was, and the restore appears in Recent activity.
When the window closes, a daily clean-up job erases the account and everything in it. This can’t be undone, and support can’t recover it.
If you sign in only with Google
Section titled “If you sign in only with Google”Accounts that use only Continue with Google can’t restore themselves yet. If you deleted one by mistake, email [email protected] within the 30 days and ask for it to be restored.
On a self-hosted server
Section titled “On a self-hosted server”If you run Thendoo yourself, deletion works the same way. Your server’s backups may still hold a copy until they rotate out, so remove older backups too if you want every trace gone.
