For business owners
Several companies, many calendars, one honest view of your day
If you hold roles in more than one business, every tool you use shows only part of your week. Thendoo combines those calendars and task lists so you can see the whole day before you agree to another meeting.
What’s different for you
Built for days full of meetings
Up next on Today shows the next meeting with a Join button. Recordings turn a meeting into a summary, decisions, open questions and suggested tasks you approve, saved in a Doc linked to the event and the people in it. Booking links let clients and colleagues pick a free time without the back-and-forth.
A Space for each company or role
Give each business, board seat or side venture its own Space with a color and icon, and nest folders and Lists up to 12 levels deep. Calendars, ClickUp lists and tasks all map to a Space, so Today can be filtered with Show Spaces.
Several Google accounts on one timeline
Connect the Google account of each company. Every calendar gets its own Show on Today checkbox and Space, so a company's all-hands can count toward your free time while its shared team calendar stays hidden.
ClickUp mapped per workspace
Thendoo reads tasks assigned to you across every ClickUp workspace. With Choose Spaces you map each workspace, space, folder or list to one of your Spaces, and the most specific choice wins.
Time zones that follow you
Set a Home time zone and choose whether times follow where you are or always stay at home. The calendar can show a second time zone column, and the dashboard has a Clock & world times widget.
Where the week actually went
Insights shows Time per Space from meetings and time blocks, plus Meetings each day, one week at a time. It is a quick check on whether a company is getting the hours you meant to give it.
Why one view matters when you run more than one thing
Each company has its own Google Workspace, its own ClickUp, and its own idea of how busy you are. None of them knows about the others, so you can easily say yes to a 3 p.m. call in one business while a board prep block is sitting in another calendar. Thendoo reads all of them into one Today, adds up the real free time, and counts the meetings across every Space.
From there you decide when the work happens. ClickUp stays the place where tasks are created, titled and discussed with your team. Thendoo shows the ones assigned to you, lets you drag them onto free slots, and writes completion, status and due date back.
Small rules that save attention
With many roles, a lot of your attention goes to sorting. Automation in Settings takes some of it: “When a task is tagged Urgent, schedule it today”, or “when a calendar event ends, create a task” to write up notes from a board meeting. Up to 100 rules, and turning the module off stops them all.
Custom statuses per List and custom fields (Dropdown, money, progress) let a launch plan look like a project, not a flat to-do list. If you travel, Times follow where I am keeps the day correct after you land.
Questions
Can my team use Thendoo with me?
Not yet. Thendoo is single-user today, with no shared Spaces, assignees or invitations. Your team keeps working in ClickUp, and Thendoo shows you the tasks assigned to you there.
Do you support Monday.com or Outlook?
Not yet. Monday.com is planned, and Outlook calendars are not supported. Today the live connections are Google Calendar and ClickUp.
Can I keep one company's data separate from another?
Every item belongs to a Space, and you can filter Today, Tasks and the calendar by Space. Spaces organize your work but don't lock it away: they all live in one account that only you sign in to.
Can Thendoo book meetings for me?
It can let other people book you. Under Settings → Booking you set up a public booking page with meeting types, weekly hours and rules like minimum notice. Visitors only see when you're free, because Thendoo checks your Thendoo and Google calendars for busy time. Bookings land on a Thendoo calendar, not in Google. Both of you get confirmation and reminder emails with a calendar invite. For times you offer yourself, Find a time shows free 30 to 120-minute slots.
Give your brain one place to look.
Set up your first Today in about five minutes. Connect a calendar, add three things, start a focus session.
