Planning rituals
A ten-minute plan, a one-minute shutdown
Plan my day helps you pick a Top 3 and give each a time. Close the day decides what happens to what's left. The weekly review shows every Space in one place.

What you can do
Plan my day
Look at today's meetings, pick up to three tasks that matter most and give each a time in your free slots. Thendoo warns you when your picks add up to more than the time you have.

Close the day
For each open task choose Done, Tomorrow or Leave, then write one line about what tomorrow should start with. Optionally, unfinished tasks roll forward every night on their own.
Weekly review per Space
Once a week, see what's done, still open and coming up for each Space on its own card, and finish with a Big rocks for next week note.
Carried over, never overdue
Tasks you didn't get to wait calmly as Carried over. Re-plan them when you're ready; nothing shouts at you in red.
Why short rituals work
Long planning sessions are easy to skip. Short ones with a clear end become habits. Cognitive behavioural programmes for adults with ADHD teach planning in exactly this way: a daily plan, a way to close the day, and a weekly look ahead. The same routine helps anyone with a busy, unpredictable week.
The three questions
- In the morning: what are the three things that would make today good, and when will I do them?
- In the evening: what happens to everything still open?
- Once a week: what got done, what’s coming, and where do the big things go next week?
Thendoo asks these questions for you, with your real calendar and tasks on screen, so the answer becomes a plan in a few clicks.
Who it’s for
Professionals with back-to-back meetings use Plan my day to protect a few hours for real work. Students use it to fit study blocks around classes. People with several jobs use the weekly review to see whether one role is quietly taking over the others.
Questions
How long does Plan my day take?
Usually a few minutes. It's designed to stay under ten: look at the day, pick three things, give them a time.
Do I have to use the rituals?
No. They're there when you want them. Many people use Plan my day every morning and the weekly review on Fridays.
Does Thendoo move my tasks automatically?
Only if you turn it on. By default nothing moves; unfinished tasks show as Carried over until you decide.
Give your brain one place to look.
