About Thendoo
The facts about Thendoo in one place. What it is, who it's for, what it does today, what it connects to, what it costs and how your data is handled.
Thendoo is one calm planner for work, habits and money. It brings meetings, tasks, habits, routines and bills together on one screen, Today, so you can see your whole day and decide when things happen. It is made for anyone juggling work and life, with built-in support for people with ADHD.
The name comes from “when X, then do Y”: implementation intentions, one of the best-studied ways to turn plans into action. Habits in Thendoo are written as “When … then I will …”, and tasks get a time on your day instead of piling up in a list.

- Planning rituals: Plan my day (pick a Top 3 and give each a time) and Close the day.
- Habits and routines: “When … then I will …” habits with forgiving streaks, and step-by-step routines with timers.
- Focus: a visual countdown or Pomodoro on one task, with a two-minute “just start” step.
- Calendar and booking links: Thendoo’s own calendars, Google Calendar for several accounts, and booking pages that check your real free time.
- Money: accounts in any currency, bank statement import (CSV and Excel), budgets, bills and subscriptions.
- Docs, recordings, files and sheets: notes linked to tasks, recordings turned into summaries and suggested tasks (with an AI service connected), a file area and spreadsheets.
