  Capture any thought in a few seconds with ⌘K or Ctrl K, in plain words with dates and Spaces, then sort the Inbox one item at a time.

• Tasks

  Thendoo tasks carry priority, energy, estimates, checklists and smart repeats, then drop straight onto your Today timeline. Missed tasks are Carried over.

• Planning rituals

  A short morning plan with a Top 3, an evening shutdown that moves what's left, and a weekly review per Space. Planning that takes minutes, not an hour.

• Calendar

  See meetings, dated tasks, time blocks, habits and bills in one Thendoo calendar. Drag tasks onto free time, find a slot, and read several Google accounts.

• Habits and routines

  Write habits as "When this, then I will that", keep streaks that allow an off day, and run step-by-step routines with gentle timers in Thendoo.

• Focus timer

  Start a focus block or Pomodoro rounds from any Thendoo task, park stray thoughts in the Inbox, and have the minutes you focused added to the task.

• Recordings

  Record meetings, classes and voice notes in the browser, or upload a file, and get a transcript, summary, decisions and suggested tasks you approve.

• Docs and Sheets

  Write Docs with a / menu, link them to tasks and people, embed live task lists, keep a daily note, and use Sheets with formulas beside them.

• Booking links

  Share a booking page where clients and colleagues pick a free time in their own time zone. Meeting types, rules, confirmations and reminders built in.

• Money

  Track accounts in several currencies, import bank CSV or Excel files without duplicates, set monthly budgets and see bills due this week on Today.

• ADHD mode
