OneDrive and Thendoo integration (planned)
OneDrive is not connected to Thendoo yet. Find out how planned OneDrive file links on tasks, Docs and events would work, and what to use meanwhile.

Set it up
- 1There is nothing to set up yet. OneDrive does not show in Settings, then Connections, since it has not been built.

Good to know
- OneDrive is not available in Thendoo today. Thendoo has no access to your OneDrive or SharePoint files.
- Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendars are not connected either. They are candidates for a later phase.
OneDrive is planned for Thendoo, not available. Below is the current design. It may change before it ships.
The plan in one line
Pick a OneDrive file with Microsoft’s own file picker, and Thendoo keeps a link to it on your task, Doc or event.
What Thendoo would see
Only the files you pick. The picker runs in a Microsoft window, so Thendoo never browses your drive. Thendoo would save the link and file name. Opening the link takes you to OneDrive, where your organisation’s sharing rules still apply.
Where it helps
People who live in Microsoft 365 often have the important stuff in OneDrive: a slide deck for Thursday, the expenses sheet, the signed offer letter. With a link on the task, the deck is right there when the time block starts.
OneDrive is planned alongside Google Drive and Dropbox. Microsoft To Do is planned in the same milestone as a separate connection.
Today
Copy the OneDrive link and paste it into the task notes. If a file belongs to a meeting, put the link in the meeting’s description in your calendar instead, so everyone invited has it too. When the connection ships, links you pasted by hand keep working, so nothing you do now is wasted.
Troubleshooting
- I can't connect OneDrive.
- It is planned, not built. Connections offers Google Calendar and ClickUp today. Paste OneDrive links into your tasks for now.
- My work account's OneDrive links don't open for others.
- Your organisation decides who can open shared links. Thendoo can't change that. Check the link settings in OneDrive or ask your IT team.
