Zapier and Thendoo integration (planned)
Zapier can't connect to Thendoo yet. See the planned triggers and actions, built on Thendoo's public API and webhooks, and what you can do today.

Set it up
- 1There is nothing to set up yet. Thendoo has no Zapier app and no outgoing webhooks today.
- 2Meanwhile, when something in another tool needs your time, press Ctrl K (⌘K on a Mac) and capture it as a task. It takes a few seconds.
Good to know
- Zapier is not available with Thendoo today. No Zaps can read from or write to Thendoo.
- The plan has two steps. First the public API and outgoing webhooks, which you could reach from Zapier's own webhook tools. A listed Thendoo app in Zapier comes later and needs Zapier's review.

Why automation fits Thendoo
Thendoo is meant to be the place where your day comes together. Automation tools like Zapier can carry the small facts that would otherwise need typing twice. A form gets filled in, a task appears. A task gets done, a spreadsheet row updates.
The planned building blocks
The plan starts with two things in Thendoo itself: personal access tokens with per-module scopes, and outgoing webhooks. Zapier can already call web APIs and receive webhooks in general, so once Thendoo has these, you could connect the two.
The first triggers in the design are events like “task completed” and “habit logged”. The first actions are things like “create task” and “add transaction”.
A listed Thendoo app inside Zapier, with ready-made triggers and actions, is planned for a later phase.
Your data stays scoped
Each token would only reach the modules you allow. Money, for example, would be off unless you tick it.
Meanwhile
Keep automations inside the tools that have them today. If a Zap already sends you an email when something needs attention, turn that email into a task with Capture. It takes a few seconds and needs no setup.
Troubleshooting
- I can't find Thendoo in Zapier's app list.
- There is no Thendoo app in Zapier yet. It is planned for a later phase.
- Can I use the API reference on this site to build a Zap now?
- The API reference describes Thendoo's API, but personal access tokens and outgoing webhooks for outside tools are still planned. Wait for this page to say Available before relying on it.
