How this template works
Choose the last day of the month when you apply it. Thendoo creates short sessions spread over the last day and the first three days of the new month. You never face one dreaded afternoon of admin, and each session fits in a single 25-minute focus block.
The order matters. Invoices go out first, because money you haven’t asked for can’t arrive. Chasing comes next, while the reminder still sounds polite. Matching payments and receipts only works once both have landed. The tax set-aside comes last, when you know the real income.
Why short sessions work better
Admin is never urgent until it is very urgent. For many people, and especially ADHD brains, the hard part is starting, not the work itself. Each item here has a checklist of two or three concrete actions, so the first step is always obvious.
Pair each session with the free Pomodoro timer: one focus block per item is usually enough.
Make it yours
- Using Thendoo’s money module? Bills due within the next 7 days already appear on Today, so the subscription review takes minutes.
- Working with an accountant? Add an item at
+5to send them the month’s figures. - Paid in several currencies? Enter the month’s exchange rates in Thendoo first, since amounts without a rate are left out of totals.
An honest tip
Thendoo doesn’t create or send invoices; use your usual invoicing tool and let this template remind you when. This is a planning aid, not tax or accounting advice. Check what your country requires with an accountant.
