This is not medical advice. The template names no medicines or doses on purpose. What you take, how much and when is between you and your prescriber or pharmacist. Follow their instructions, and ask them if anything here doesn’t fit.

Why it hangs on meals and coffee

A daily dose is easy to forget because it has no natural moment. Coffee and dinner do. Each habit names one of those moments as its When, and the Tiny first step puts the organizer where that moment happens. The time reminders are a backup for days the routine shifts.

The two dose habits are meant to allow zero missed days a week, so untick Allow one missed day a week when you add them and a gap stays visible. Nothing turns red: a missed day shows as a grey Not done. If your prescriber pauses something, use Skip so the streak isn’t touched.

Making it fit your schedule

  • Take something only on certain days? Switch that habit to Some days.
  • One dose a day? Delete the evening habit.
  • The refill plan counts back from the day you run out: ten days to check, a week to order, three days to collect. Stretch those if your pharmacy needs longer.

An honest tip

Thendoo’s reminders only appear while Thendoo is open in a browser tab, and there is no phone app yet. For anything you must not miss, keep a phone alarm or a pill organizer as your main reminder and use Thendoo as the record. If you’re unsure whether you took a dose, ask your pharmacist what to do rather than guessing.
